Let us start with brows:
As we all know eyebrows are the frame of the face and without them we can sometimes look expressionless, washed out and faded.
Maybe you were a nifty plucker in your youth and now paying the price. As the hairs in your brows are now slowly but surely disappearing, leaving you having to spend more time each and every day drawing them back in, and in doing so trying to create your own balance.
Another example is this, maybe you weren’t a nifty plucker and are lucky enough to still have your own eyebrows but still would like a more defined groomed look.
Did you know that by drawing from the arch section and moving the tail section out rather than down, this can give you a more youthful appearance?
Whether it be sparse brows to non-existence brows, eyebrows do matter and make such a difference. This is why this procedure is the most sort after.
Eye Liner = definition
It’s all about definition. Look me in the eye and say that! The most singled out focal point of the face. No wonder we want to make the most of them. From natural to smouldering, to clever techniques to create illusion, to the not so perfect eyes, permanent cosmetics has it all.
Love your lips, yet want to draw attention to them naturally, then a natural lip contour is for you.
However the most common problems in the lip area are loss of colour and thinning of the lips especially the top lip. This is where lip contour and defined blend come into play. By just slightly adjusting and working outside the lip area and blending into the natural lip tissue, this in turn gives you back your more youthful looking lips.
These are just a few examples of how and why so many people are turning to permanent cosmetics for whatever reason be it facial features to camouflage birth and port wine stains to scarring to areola reconstruction.
Permanent Cosmetics are here to Stay.
Semi Permanent versus Permanent
Most of the time you will undoubtedly hear the term semi permanent, and the reason being this. Once pigment as been implanted into the skin they will begin to fade. To what degree depends upon colour, age and skin type. If you were never to have a recommended colour boost every 12/18 months the colour will gradually become lighter and lighter. However, even though the colour may fade to the degree of not being visible, there will always be traces of pigment left in the skin which in fact makes the term permanent.
The number one enemy of permanent cosmetics is the sun, as strong sunlight will fade your permanent cosmetics, so a total sun block is a must in strong sun.
There are many reasons why permanent cosmetics make such a difference to so many peoples life. Here are just a few.
Be Permanently Beautiful
First of all let’s explain what permanent cosmetics or some times referred to as semi permanent make up or micro pigmentation actually are.
Permanent cosmetics is a type of cosmetic tattooing. Unlike conventional tattooing, the difference being the pigments used are of a translucent nature which work with your own natural under tones of the skin. Pigments are infused into the reticular layer of the skin and are visible through the upper layers at a depth of 0.5mm,much shallower than a tattoo.
The pigments used are hypoallergenic and pharmaceutically tested which are ideal for those allergic to conventional cosmetics.
